2022
CALLA FAERIA LAUNCHES FAERIALAND
A Los Angeles-based backyard drag show and trans networking space aimed at providing safe performance space and harm reduction supplies for TGI2S+ drag performers.
2023
FAERIALAND BECOMES A BELOVED THIRD-SPACE
In partnership with YUQ Studios Mid-City, Faerialand continues to grow.
Faerialand provides a stage to over 100+ Los Angeles performance artists, and gives away $3,500 in micro-grants.
As the space develops — Faerialand partners with local LGBT+ small businesses and vendors, and provides space, supplies and an audience to dozens of L.A. entrepreneurs.
The organization goes on to partner with local nonprofits like; the Theordore Payne Foundation, St. John’s Harm Reduction and Trans Lifeline — seeding the foundation for our ongoing mission.
2024-2025
OUR WEST HOLLYWOOD RESIDENCY
After years of DIY work, Faerialand partners with Rocco’s West Hollywood (now Mattie’s) to continue our work. For eight months, we provide a stage, and resources to the TGI2S+ performance art community. Unfortunately, in 2024, Rocco’s undergoes liquidation and Faerialand travels the Santa Monica strip for a new home.
In late 2025, Faerialand partners with Beaches Tropicana on another residency, with a renewed focus on fundraising and partnerships. During our residency we raise thousands of dollars for Trans Lifeline and the Trans Latina Coalition, while laying the groundwork to partner with conservation organizations like the Theodore Payne Foundation and California Native Plant Society.
In December 2025 — Faerialand retires our West Hollywood show to embrace a new mission.
